Pardon my manners, just came back to this board, and noticed you posted twice, and I didn't reply.

As to the CTO, it is my understanding that the stock will not trade UNTIL the financials have been filed. If it takes a week, then probably not to long after that. Bottom line is that we can't trade until the financial statements have been filed.

KBC looks like a very strong company, I've been holding it for over a year now, waiting for the developments with Chevron in the Bakersfield project. With the new management we will go places. My hat goes off to the previous management, including but not limited to Richard Hawes, who, in my opinion, SAVED this company from COLLAPSE!!
