Our first Annual meeting will be held May 14th in Toronto..

The order of business is to vote for our governing board of Directors

Michael Falquist ,our Chairman and founder of the Trust is a real whiz kid in the oil and gas industry and has assembled an amazing group of Canadian and American directors for this trust..and they are very prudent ..and reasonable in their money management and are very aware of shareholder value ..compensation packages are almost stingy,in comparison with some of the other companies I have invested in and I approve their Annual meeting..

The nominees are being voted on to fill the positions of directors so I will be voting for all of them I have gone through their CV's and am impressed.

We will be voting at the same time for the company auditors,which are Ernst and Young..

so that is the business for the first meeting..

I would bet that we will get some kind of wonderful news release before the annual meeting.and the quarter end release on Friday.

and a spike in share price,.

So the fun is starting..Anyone in Toronto that can get to the meeting..????
