I happened to be selling off one Reit divvy stock and buying another so i started buying at $9.75 and my average is around $8.58 but I bought a two big buys right away 2250 units and 5850 units at $9.75..,and when I quit buying I spent $182,599.56...

The divvy payments will buy the missus enough wine and chocolates to keep her fat and drunk...she won't catch me..so treat her right..and if she has all the money..well then you will have to toe the line and pinch what you can from her..
