TORONTO, July 14, 2015 /CNW/ - Crius Energy Trust (the "Trust") (TSX:KWH-UN.TO - News) announced today that it has confirmed its monthly distribution of $0.0583 per unit through the third quarter of 2015, payable for each of July 2015, August 2015 and September 2015.
The board of directors of Crius Energy Administrator Inc., administrator of the Trust, affirms its recent decision to declare monthly distributions on a quarterly-by-quarter basis, rather than on a monthly-by-month basis, as a positive reflection on the recent performance of Crius Energy, LLC ("Crius Energy").
Distributions for the third quarter of 2015 will be paid to unitholders as set forth below:
