As CEO of Dynamic Fuel Systems Inc., I would like to highlight some of the company’s accomplishments in 2007 and initiatives as we move forward into 2008.

I am pleased to announce the appointment of a new director, Gerald Solensky Jr., in 2007 and the set up of two Advisory Committees to assist in the company’s strategic plan and business plan execution.  Dynamic has resolved the debenture and reduced the company’s overall debt by 1.7 million dollars.  We have rolled out a successful retail dealership program and have generated revenue through the sales of the Jetstar and affiliated partnership agreements with JKH Inc.

I am personally looking forward to 2008.  I believe it will be the best year of record since the company’s inception.  The infrastructure development and the implementation of leaders to support critical functions will continue to prove their benefit towards the company vision.  Corporate communication with its shareholders is essential and the continued cascading of information is a high priority of mine.  I anticipate further market penetration within the trucking segment while working in parallel with other target market roll outs and sales platforms in 2008.  The awareness and visibility of Dynamic will become more prevalent and create new shareholders who will assist in promoting the share value and its return towards those investors.

In conclusion, we have accomplished a tremendous amount in 2007.  I look forward to Dynamic being recognized as the leader within the hydrogen fuel community.  I know that the future will prove to be a success for Dynamic, our goals, and the goals of our shareholders.
