Going back a few days. The dealer out West isn't just a dealer, apparently, his inital interest was to fit out his fleet of 50 trucks 10 at a time THEN become a dealer. New dealerships are important to us as shareholders and whole fleets are even more important. If anyone read the Business Edge article, the author quoted Steve Laskowski, assistant vice-president and spokesman for the Ontario Trucking Association:
"Member companies, he says, have learned to be prudent and to try and test before they buy. "The real endorsement for this," Laskowski says, "is when major fleet operators start equipping all of their trucks, not just one or two."
(Dave Haynes) Should that happen, it will be particularly welcomed by the companies' controllers and investors."
We've alreday got one whole fleet (Equity) announced. This would make it two whole fleets, if only the company would annnounce it.
Fairfull economics dictates however that it must remain a secret until he decides we need to know, which may be never.
