We should be at $2 at least.

They had No sales in Q3.

Expenses per month over 1 mil.

July 7th 2007 settled lawsuit with CHEC.

Started a green house gas program will be giving out 140 plus units.

Their aren't saying fuel savings, but seems to be gearing themselves towards the Greenhouse gas issues and clean burn program. Smart!

They tout that a trucking company that signs on with them will be allowed to report an emission reduction. ( Pre carbon credits, may be!!)

They have raised a ton of cash in the last year or so in excess of 25 mil. And are spending the same. (maybe trying to take over the competition DYA. I don't think Mr Fairfull would think thats enough cash)

Anyway DYA could be at the start of a better future. This has probably been their best Q3 or quarter ever.

Hopefully we have some good news before Christmas.
