Fuel Efficient and Clean Emissions
If you take a look at the front page (the new one saying the website is down) and right click, view source. You will see this at the top:

This tells me that it wasn't created by the company who did the new website, it was created in Word by Alex. Alex being Tom's son I believe. The question now is why would the company mask the website?
