With all the shares issued he's not the majority shareholder pure and simple.
I think if he's still around by next agm as ceo and cfo I would be surprised. He is limited in his abilities to penetrate this trucking industry and doesn't seem connected at all. If he were he would have taken the RIM approach and did business as usual and built a client base. A lot of companies fight lawsuits and continue doing business. This one stopped doing business. Why?
Shareholders have lost a lot of money. If said CEO and team can get this moving in the right direction, we who have been waiting for over 4 years would like to see this above $10.
