check earlier prospectus. When this first started out the ceo had 51%, his other board members may have made up to 55- 60%. But since then he has raised capital and isuused almost twice as many stock as originally issued and I don't think he didn't change his holdings.
There are more shares in the shareholders hands than his and his old board. Some of the old board are gone, Feldman & Davies. If they haven't sold their shares I don't think they are CEO friendly shares.
