That this thing will move when it is good and ready, the company has the funding to carry out their plan for now and they have no need at the moment to do any promotion because it doesn't do the company any good since they have already done their private placements this earlier this year. It is a bitter pill to swallow if you are a shareholder, however this is far to often the reality of a public company and promotion is only necessary as the company requires funds to operate.
