The truth will out

The rules regarding news releases are set out clearly. There's only a short period of time to get news out, when there is news. Sales are sales and must be recorded in the company financials. If significant sales occur and they go without a NR then it will show at a later date in the financials, then I would say that you have a right to cry foul. Not until.

Why would anyone NOT announce sales. One or two units here and there aren't going to get a fanfare (unless you are HGS) and will probably go by without news, but if there is a big order then it must be announced.

I'm glad that the board is so lively. I also know that there are lots out there who would like to see TF out the door. Would I like to see Jerry Solensky Jr at the helm, with TF somewhere quietly in the background. Yes. Do I think it's worth scaring off potential new investors by constantly telling the world that we have a CEO who wants to bankrupt the company? No. That's why I'm prepared to do something practical about it and make a visit to see for myself what's going on.

TF may pretend to hide behind the OSC, but what I'm reading here is a reluctance to knock on his door for similarly shallow reasons. It's your right as a shareholder to visit, as invited by TF himself, "anyone can visit our facility". Just because you've had it out with him before doesn't mean that you can't visit again.

If you truly think that something is amiss at Brock Road then you need to find out for yourself, or is it just that you need a news release and don't have one? One thing for sure, carry on like this and no amount of good news will increase our share value. IMHO.
