Most penny stocks tend to have bids and asks in the hundreds of thousands offered, and since 100,000 shares only equals $17,500, I would say that there is almost certainly no brokerages trying to move in as it would be obvious and the same could be said for the sales as if anybody wanted out they would have asks all throughout the market depth which there is not. This to me indicates that if the momentum ever does swing the other way that it could go up fast as there isn't much for sale at any given time.
