Cubbs,

Lets deal with a few facts, OK?

In my opinion, this form of communication is used primarily for delivering bad news. They do so knowing that the number of attendees on the call will/would be far fewer than what might otherwise read a formal press release that is disseminated across all the wire services, and more importantly remains there for prolonged periods of time for all to see.

I would prefer that DYA not have a reason to deliver any news this way at all unless it was preceeded by a very positive written announcement. I like the press release format thank you very much.

With respect to your comment about the CEO being upfront..... I call your attention to the fact that he announced significant and material changes for the company which is his fiduciary responsibility to shareholders...... nothing more.

I gather from your comment regarding angry HGS shareholders that you have first hand knowledge of this. Are you a shareholder there too?

You insist on getting financial statements out early! I don't know what that means to you but here is what it means to me:

  1. Audits cost a lot of $$, particularly public company audits.
  2. Audits are planned well in advance, not by the companies but the auditors according to their schedule. Its called business.
  3. Trying to get your audit ahead of the next company's means it will cost you more as it will likely be billed at a different rate.

SO, if its all the same to you I'd rather the company get it out on time .... not late ...... not early.... but on time.... and use the money for more important purposes.

All the best and I hope the share price meets your expectations soon.
