From what I gather IF the Jetstar had verifiable emission reductions (VERs) then operators would qualify to trade credits. This, I am told, is a cumbersome task, where it currently exists. It makes sense for someone such as XWE to try and arrange the trade, or auction, to ease the process. They get their cut of course! If DYA really want to see some $$$$s from this they should, in my opinion:
1) Get some verification in place ASAP
2) Organise all their users (i.e. customers) to 'pool' credits and then DYA could 'bank & trade' them on behalf of the users, again taking a cut.
