You are correct,we were about half way to the magic 5% needed to hold a proxy vote but nobody volenteered to take the lead and initiate the process, and nobody forgot either "tgr", it would be a lot of work and I don't think that anybody here cares to take ball and run with it! So this is where we will sit until somebody does, I for one would support it, but I do not have the time or the back ground to lead it. How about you Rich, or maybe Cubbs would like to step up?
