I've been wondering about something for sometime here, I wonder if any of you guys have had the same thoughts. I can't seem to make any sense of it.

There are now a couple of hundred Jetstars out there, installed, on trucks. Working like a charm... saving fuel, reducing emissions and maintainance costs. They have now stood the test of time. They have been through the heat of Summer and the cold of Winter. They work. We've all heard the testimonials from the drivers.

And we know that truckers talk to one another. At diners, trucks depots, loading docks, on their radios etc. The guys that got em gotta be bragging up a storm. We also know that the other billion truckers that don't have them have been screaming about the high cost of fuel killing them.

What on Earth is going on? Why aren't there literally tens of thousands of these guys beating down the doors at Equity to get one? And it's NOT the price. You show a trucker, or anyone for that matter how to recoup their investment in less than a year and they'll dive on it! That kind of money is chicken feed to guys with hundreds of thousands invested in their trucks. Look at the elaborate paint jobs, lights, decals, all kinds of "stuff" that they plaster all over their trucks to customize them. They LOVE their trucks. It's their home.

So what is it, what am I missing?
