It would appear you've got one company who announces stuff even BEFORE it even happens........as opposed to another group who won't/ can't, announce anything before, during, or sometimes after an event.

The playing field looks uneven. I've been led to believe that before "WE" can release a NR, it must be looked at through a microscope.....pay your pennance to the lawyers.....and if you pass the test......then you can say it. Every word must be scrutinized beyone reproach.

I'm not sure that that same rule applies to the rest of the world.

And I am EXTREMELY curious about that. Either we have ticked somebody off...BAD....in the past.......or what! It just seems strange!
