Maybe the company can buy it's own shares back at say $1.
I don't know if most market makers are going to be bothered with the volatility of the stock, that can lose pennies a day, translating in large losses for their clients.
So I think they would like the stock to be ranging, and not free falling from day to day.
So I think stability, would be what one would want to establish with this stock first as it climbs up.
