Are you kidding! Good luck with that one! They won't even respond to a simple phone call......what makes you think that out of the goodness of their hearts that they would pay you a ten-fold premium to the share price? .....Cause.......they feel guilty? Fat chance!!!! Don't hold your breath.

Its strictly a problem in Pickering that has lead us to this point. If there was any class left they would speak frankly and honestly to everyone and let the chips fall where they may. This has been going on for to long and its hurting to many people. Be honest and straight forward and maybe just maybe some credibility may be gained.
