I listened to the webcast for about 50 minutes. I had to leave for an appointment. I also asked a number of questions. I have several problems with what I heard today. Some of them are as follows:

1.0 The statement that the "team" that got the company this far is capable of taking it to the next level. Evidence proves otherwise. Jerry has a significant amount of energy and a willingness to learn, but there is no one there to guide him. Furthermore there are no changes at the BOD level that would indicate independent thought and or experience is available. This is the same group with extensive business and personal ties to the previous CEO

2.0 No roadmap was presented as to how much $$$ would be needed to complete either the product or business development strategies outlined today. There was nothing in the presentation on these matters that differs from the earlier News releases. How does one set these expectations without a plan to follow them through? If there is a no plan don't set yourselves up for failure and more shareholder disappointment. If there is a plan, then share it.

3.0 No new distributors. This means that it is the same cast of characters that have been charged with sales and distribution in the Class 8 market. For all the obvious reasons this is a terrible situation. Can you say concentration of power? How is this going to help the share price? Are they arms length? Please provide us with a list of those that have purchased Jetstars, even if its the most recent purchases.

4.0 If Earth day is the target launch of yet unnamed initiatives with yet unnamed customers and or partners, can anyone explain why it has to be so secretive? Woudn't the normal course of action be to create an awareness campaign in advance of and in concert with the initiative?

5.0 When asked about the funding issues, the answer was evasive. Furthernore (at least up to the time I left the call) there was no mention of how the company intends to conserve cash or cut expenses, which is a topic that from this perspective is top of mind for every other CEO on planet earth. Interesting to say the least. Apologies in advance if I missed that part of the call.

6.0 I for one am not big on the state of the future addresses by Presidents and CEOs as most of what is delivered is speculative at best. Much could have been said about the current state of the company and how they intend to address the inefffectiveness and inefficiencies of the past with clear and concise statements as to the actions taken to date and contemplated in the future.

Management needs to wake up to the fact that most investors already well and truly understand the potential the future offers for this sort of technology and was probably the basis for their investment. What investors need to know is what specific future actions will be taken and why they differ from the mistakes of the past. So far, there is no evidence of a willingness to part with that information or change their ways.

As a final statement on the matter, I commend Jerry for the thought and the invitation but until such time as he is really running the company, I don't see any opportunity for real change.

Been here a long, long time.........
