....again. April was supposed to be a "phenomenal" month for DYA and it's shareholders. I wasn't told any specifics, but I was told that it would be good news for all. I even contacted key posters on this board and asked them, on Jerry's behalf and at his request, to give him the grace of April to make all these things happen. Clearly I was being fed just another line from a company so well versed in shareholder deception that they do it without batting an eyelid or skipping a beat. Let's look at this "phenomenal" month so far:

  • No good news
  • No "timely" release of financials
  • Dilution
  • Share offering announced at almost half the (then) trading value
  • Totally ignored Earth day

Personally I'm also due several return calls and emails that have not been forthcoming. Nobody answering the 'phones in Pickering today. Jerry's cell just goes to VM which as always is full so you can't leave a message.

April is all but done. Financials will hopefully be filed later today, as they usually are, apart from when Le Grand Fromage couldn't get it together and filed after the deadline. Strange though, going back 8 weeks my recall that when I asked Jerry about the financials he told me that he was spending 'so much time with the auditors'....'fixing issues so that they wouldn't happen again'. I wonder what happened, I wonder what they found?

I guess I've joined the ranks of the long-term, disillusioned, fed-up, wish I'd never got involved in this fiasco type shareholders. Despite my best efforts to believe this crowd they constantly kick the shareholder where it hurts.

It's May tomorrow, we've given Jerry his grace.

GLTA,

Rich
