Fuel Efficient and Clean Emissions
...I'm going to archive Jerry's CEO pitch here for the record. Let's see what Tim comes up with in reply to Jerry's undertakings. It would appear that only the millioinaires survived the first paragraph.
President's Message
As newly President and CEO of Dynamic Fuel Systems Inc., I would like to take this opportunity to thank our shareholders for their continued loyalty and support and to highlight some of the company’s significant accomplishments in 2008 and initiatives as we move forward into 2009. Five major internal changes have occurred in 2008. Two specifically speak to some executive changes: 1. The appointment of Fred Gurney as Chief Financial Officer; and 2. The appointment of myself as President and Chief Executive Officer. The other three changes consist of two appointments to the board of directors: Sidney Harkema and James Payne, and the transition of Thomas Fairfull, previous President and Chief Executive Officer, into a consulting and advisory role to Dynamic Fuel Systems, its management, and advisory teams.
Dynamic has experienced several significant developments in 2008, including but not limited to: restructuring of its mortgage; further development of the dealer platform; addition of further depth and diversity within it advisory committees; introduction of Jetstar applications in the mining market; execution of global positioning; resolution of intellectual property litigation; appointment of public relations firms; and, most importantly, completion of accredited third party product validation.
These developments have provided us an excellent base to build from and should allow us to continue to expand and grow with a view towards realizing our objectives. I am personally looking forward to 2009 and believe it will be the best year of record since the company’s inception as we look to accomplish a list of initiatives including some of the following items:
- Stronger focus on Class 8 diesel engine implementation.
- Focus on key manufacturers by market to expand new technologies, manufacturing, product validation and R&D programs.
- Focus on furthering reductions in energy consumption, fuel consumption, and emissions.
- Further the Jetstar’s product diversity and its applications.
- Improve investor audience and its depth while continuing to gain market acceptance.
- Implement strategic partner alliances while complementing our dealer platform expansion.
- Foster investor interest and involvement.
- Participate in marketing and advertising campaigns through industry publications and trade shows.
- Initiate governmental awareness and participation.
It is our hope that overall awareness and visibility of Dynamic and our products and services will continue to grow and become increasingly more prevalent throughout 2009, resulting in further growth of our business and enhancement of shareholder value.
In conclusion, we have accomplished a tremendous amount in 2008 and consider our company to be well-positioned for further expansion and growth in 2009. I look forward to further pursuing our goal of being the first, best, highest quality and lowest cost technology provider of automotive fuel efficiency products and systems. I am excited for the future of Dynamic Fuel Systems Inc. and look forward to accomplishing our goals and rewarding the continued loyalty of our shareholders with further growth and success.
