He can`t clarify company statements to one individual shareholder without clarifying to everyone, espicially when dealing with emails

That`s the problem. If they would put out an unambiguous PR maybe they wouldn`t have to answer so many questions. It`s ridiculous that it took so long to get a response to what they meant by volume orders.

And even the answer still doesn`t clear up these 2 things:

1) Do they have these volume orders OR are they just ready to accept them?

2) The approximating digeplayer orders still doesn`t answer what is meant by volume. Is it an individual order of digeplayers (what`s been surmised at about 400) or the total of around 8,000? There`s obviously a huge difference in the two.

And, more importantly, the answer to question 1 would play into #2.

So, it looks like 4 scenarios are possible based on the company`s communications

1) They are ready to accept orders in the neighborhood of 400 units.

2) They are ready to accept orders in the neighborhood of 8000 units.

3) They have accepted orders in the neighborhood of 400 units.

4) They have accepted orders in the neighborhood of 8000 units.

Who knows what the answer is but I doubt they`ll tell any of us. I mean, they are just a public company. They have the right to use totally loaded language in PRs and not elaborate on them. For crying out loud, RP refuses to include the text of any email I send in his response back to me (even when I`ve specifically asked). That`s kind of strange too.

Any statements in this post are covered by the Safe Harbor Agreement...LOL!!!
