How does EDIG`s model compete with IBM`s? If anything, providing more content via kiosks is consistent with furthering EDIG`s efforts. It seems eVU customers might find kiosk availability an advantage.
Now if the IP partner can demonstrate infringements on their method of downloading content, we might have an issue with IBM...and we can only hope that is the case.
