Probably 20 is not an exact number. The ambulance chasers are saying there are some folks unknown at this time. I suppose they could also be saying we don`t exactly know how many. The other filings in this list show 10 John Does and 50 John Does ... so seems they just plug in a round number. I never thought we`d actually need LL, but maybe he could answer that question.
