Here`s one for ya, one of my tenants who was a week late on the rent was driving over to my house last week to drop off the rent in cash to avoid the late charge. On the way over he was stopped by the police for a tail light. They checked his background and found a warrant from 2 years ago from his former wife for missing a child support payment. He claims he paid the support and the wife didn`t record it.... so

So the police threw him in jail for 2 days and took all the rent cash money, so he still couldn`t pay the rent!

So anyway the guy told the story to my wife and she tells it to me and I say - so you really believe this guy? and she says I don`t trust anybody.
