I personally think the lawsuit is an attempt on Wencor`s part to throw a monkey wrench in EDIG`s IFE plans. If what EDIG is saying about airlines and IFE providers taking an interest in the eVu then Wencor should be concerned. I think it`s a nuisance type lawsuit intended to screw up the launch....and it just may do that, but I think it is primarily baseless. I guess how baseless depends on the exact wording of the orrigional contract we had with APS / Wencor and what the terms were for not competing. I seem to remember ``exclusivity`` as it pertained to Alaska Airlines but that had more to do with the initial sale to AA.
