Doni, anything done under that contract, as I understand it, would have been classified as ``work done for hire``, and would not be patentable by edig. It would be Wencor`s tech.

Giving away the source would be giving away the tech. But it is tech specific to this ``project``, it would differentiate Wencor`s new digeplayers from the old ``edig`` digeplayers, and the tech inside would belong to Wencor. We`d be hired guns creating some Wencor tech.
