So I have to correct myself. This is saying digecor does not own the newly created tech, but they have an unlimited right to its use and an exclusive on that technology in the aircraft industry. And apparently, any patents would be edig`s. I`m no patent attorney, but I think that`s what that means.

So, the big question to me is this ... is this ``Digecor flavored product`` a different beast from what is in the eVue??? BOW must think it is the same technology. Is he right???
