For me, this is the most troubling

2. digEcor offered payment oithis $25,000 flat-fee, but eDigital has repudiated its express obligations under the DRM Agreement and has refused to accept payment in accordance with the DRM Agreement.

If this is truly the way it went down, then why?

It would suggest (possibly) that management realized, ``Holy shi$, what did we do?`` and decided they had no rational choice but to trashcan the deal with Wencor.

Hardly makes any sense, does it? What else could it be?

They could not produce what they promised and realized it?

And in either of those cases, Maycom simply cannot produce because e.Digital has not supplied them with the IP? Maycom is our whipping boy? (or maybe those 1250 units are to be with old IP, that`s not clear to me)

Those scenarious probably cannot be, because company information, publicly released, is at odds with it, and I think that is a BIGASS no-no.

But if we assume that this is not a flat-out lie by Wencor to the court, then what is it about?

Thoutful replies, only, please. I don`t find the ``rah-rah`` ``boo-hiss`` stuff helpful.
