The agreement says (according to what was posted here)
The 0kM project will be completed- with the following schedule (“weeks” are after date of’ elgning this Agreement):
Release 1: 3 weeks - USE -H Asian (Sample for ANA)
Release 2: 4 weeks - USE + RBE (Sample for Studios)
Release 3: 6 weeks - USE ± Asian H’ RBB (Plaid Ready Device)
Release 4: 7 weeks - USE ± Asian ÷ EBB + Secure Content Iiir4ng (Field Ready Device)
Release 5; 8 weeks -Ethernet + Asian + EBB (Field Ready Device)
Release 6; 9 weeks -Ethernet H- Asian H- EBB + Secure Content Hiding (Field Ready 0 vice)
OfOlicORunderstajids thAt there may be unl’oreseeable technical issues that may arise that may require a target date to slide a couple of days.
The development cycle is 9 weeks, not 37. The weeks for each release are not to be added together. Release 1 is to be ready 3 weeks after the agreement was signed. Release 6 is to be ready 9 weeks after the agreement was signed.
So, from early November when the agreement was signed up through the first part of January, when the 1,250 units were to be shipped. That was the development period.
It`s interesting that Digecor does not mention in the filing if if any of the milestones were met. They also don`t say when they tried to pay the $25,000.
