When I asked RP the direct question, ``Is EDig on the hook legally to BOW if Maycom fails to produce``? His answer was ``There is no contractual time table for delivery of the DP`s to BOW``.

What say you about this quote from your post of April 1? It seems to quote RP saying something DIRECTLY IN CONTRAST to something he may have signed.

Under GENERAL ALLEGATIONS we have this:

17. The Purchase Order requires e.Digital to ship to digEcor on January 10, 2006,

Lawyers are not real keen on lying in filings to the court. Probably the purchase order really does say that.
