I agree with just about every aspect of your post Sinkman. I do have some concerns about how this lawsuit affects the selection process for an IP partner. It could because of the financial stress of defending ourselves weaken our negotiating position went it comes to terms. There are several IP firms reviewing our patents concurrently. When the process is complete, EDIG should have more than one proposal to negotiate with. The litigation will likely weaken our financial position, possibly resulting compromised terms. 60% ownership instead of 80%. It may also delay the launch of the IFE marketplace which could have carried us to profitability. It`s possible the other market areas for the eVu will be delayed but my best guess is that they are so far along that they will proceed without much consequence.
