So you don`t know he lied to you at the end of March when he told you that there was no fixed date for delivery of those 1,250 Digeplayers. I`m wondering how you are rationalizing that. Either:

a)he didn`t know about the purchase order that specified a fixed date for delivery

b) the purchase order was superceded by a later transaction that implicitly or explicitly changed the fixed date for delivery to no fixed date for delivery

c) the purchase order really did not specify a fixed date for delivery and Wencor lawyers lied in their filing to the court

d) He lied to you

e) You lied to us about what he said

Are there any possibilities I left out? Common sense would eliminate a) and c). If it`s b) that gives you cause to trust Robert has not lied to you, then you have chosen not to share your knowledge of b). It`s a genuine possibility. A lot of folks, I think, jump directly to d), but it could in fact be e).

You know, I don`t give a flying fig which of those it is. I know there`s precious little hard, factual, truthful information exchanged on this board. For the good of my family, by way of this investment, I`m trying to separate the wheat from the chaff.
