I wonder if they`ll try and time the annual shareholders meeting around that schedule.

Three months from May 30th would put make it the end of August. The patent portfolio has enormous potential, if in fact we realize this result, the annual meeting would be the ideal opportunity for the company to discuss this with the shareholders.
