Oh, wow, I hadn`t thought of that ... Wencor might have had genuine reason to think they were in the right over this IP thing. Of course, it doesn`t make sense ... if edig and Wencor were hashing out IP issues over the months, surely the existence of that October agreement would have come up. Well, if they didn`t know about it, they shoulda.
