1. Owner sold building EDig was in and new owner wanted the entire building for themselves. Old owner had other property and was willing to move EDig in and formulate the new office to EDig`s wishes...That`s the entire reason even thought the new office is smaller and cheaper it was not because of that EDig moved.

3. Infringers have been identified, (some at least according to RP) and EDig is using VARIOUS SOURCES, NOT JUST ONE, to compile list of other possible infringers. Most are coming from the list of companies who have applied for a particular patent for their own company/companies using EDig`s patents as references in their patent applications. Someone on this board can probably compile a pretty good list on their own with a little bit of work.
