Would it not be appropriate to expand your T.O.S. rules by another rule? i.e. Any person who constantly disrupts and is constantly a distraction to the topic at hand, on any forum, and who consistently causes problems to the forum in question, be warned, only once, and then blocked for a thirty day period? Any further violation would lead to termination?

Just my feelings as I am getting tired of all of the crap here where it was wonderful a couple of months ago. I.M.O. has nothing to do with the success of the stock and the intelligent duscussion that goes on. You can figure out who they are, because I CAN!

p.s. O.T. but I would refer to the edig board, as well!
