You need to become an expert in the college financial aid process. I`d say to get all of the info from the financial aid office to see what has to be done there, to see what her final package will be. Make sure everything is filed timely. You`d be suprised at who gets aid. Most folks just assume they won`t get it, so they don`t even try.

If she is hell bent on going there, which I have known many kids that were, there`s another option. She could take off a year or two, whatever the rules are in Colorado as far as being a state resident goes, and move to Colorado and become a resident on her own. Then she would only have to pay instate tuition.
