Remeber Mr. WENCOR had filed his case in Salt Lake City State Court asking for injunctive releif and various other silly claims to restrain EDIG from selling eVU...

Now that the case is Federal Court he has lost his ``Home town`` edge and the case will be decided on its merits. Since the law suit was asking for injunctive releif, the next ting that comes up is a ruling on the merits of the

restraining Order sought by WENCOR.

This will probably show up as a Motion to dismiss by EDIG which should have been filed by now, and that matter should be decided well before WAEA Conference.

So it is unlikely that this case will drag on with the objective of getting the parties to settle. WENCOR is way off base here, and EDIG attorneys will move to bifurcate the case; phase one dismissal of th injunctive releif sought, which allows EDIG to go on with its business of selling the eVU to all Ex digEplayer customers, and phase two to seek damages against WENCOR for using EDIG IP in X-model digEplayers wiout license.

There will be resolution by end of August...
