I guess I was off by 9 million shares. Fully Diluted Shares outstanding from the SEC statements are 276 million.
That leaves only 24 millon that the company has on hand to sell. If they haven`t sold something of significance we are looking at another vote on authorizing more shares at the next Stockholders Meeting.
