FIRST``

It means, (in plain English), that EDIG (1) filed a MOTIONhas filed a MOTION TO TRANSFER CASE TO FEDERAL COURT which was GRANTED...(2) EDIG filed a MOTION TO DISMISS Digecor`s complaint, probably asserting tht the comlaint was sham and frivolous and has no basis in fact.

SECOND``

Digecor came back with an EX PARTE filing of a MOTION to file their MEMORANDUM IN OPPOSITION to EDIG`S MOTION TO DISMISS the case. The July 17 ruling by the Court is in EDIG`s favor. It DIMISSED Digecor`s EX PARTE Motion to file their response to EDIG`s MOTION TO DISMISS THE CASE, and their Memorandum was ORDERED stricken from the record.

THIRD:

Since all the FEDERAL COURTS are on FAST TRACK, this case will probably be up for STATUS CONFERENCE by August 17, or 30 days from the last RULING.

This all is good NEWS for EDIG, and it appears that my prediction that there should be some resolution to this law suit by end of August was on track, and I stick to it...Lol...
