I believe that shipment is a nice chunk-o-change, around $700K or so. Obviously, Maycon HAS to deliver. EDIG is on the hook for that shipment, but a lot of the seemingly valid points in the Wencor complaint would go away to some degree with delivery of the product. We know their production line is not crankin` out finished goods at this time. So, Wencor may need a few units to pose as their own for presentations. lol
The rest of the legal mess will be up to the judge. From what EDIG has stated, the balance of the non-compete stuff is not valid. Anything can happen in a court room -- think guilty as hell killer OJ -- but EDIG may be on the right side of this one.
A little luck --- remember, it is far better to be lucky than it is to be good --- would go a long way about now.
Where`s that darn rabbit`s foot when I need it?
