This is not a criminal case; and there is no gag ORDER issued by the Court to stop the parties fom talking about te case...

It is more like jhawk alluded to. The prospective customers are sitting on the fence till the injunction sought by BOW is resolved one way or the other...

EDIG and Mezzo are probably concentrating on getting all their ducks in order to fill a whole bunch of ORDERS at WAEA meating...

Mr. Bow doesn`t know it yet. But, he did EDIG a favor by asking for an ``INJUNCTION`` against EDIG, which by law must be acted upon expeditiously by the Court...

And te way this Court has been short shrifting Bow and his attorneys tactics I am convinced that we will have company announcements before WAEA meatings...
