My guess as to why no mention of a meeting to date is that there is nothing they can or would want to talk about regarding new business since most of it is IFE related, at least until the digecor complaint is settled. Disclosing anything now yields no advantage to EDIG as long as digecor is ``involved`` in EDIG`s business via litigation.

EDIG has filed to lock up digecor and MAYCOM, since receiving final payment directly from digecor has failed to perform. It`s a stalemate until the courts intervene.
