What goes around....

It would seem EDIG has a new legal strategy to get on the offensive side. I have no idea the legal issues involved other than the obvious, but if Wencor is prohibited from making or selling their new XT, then those 1250 units coming from Maycom in Oct might look pretty good to them if they have pending orders to fill.

IMO, EDIG is on the hook for the Maycom shipment mess. The purchase order was issued to them from Wencor. We do not know what happened at that infamous Wencor / Maycom meeting in January, but proving wrong doing might be pretty tough. Once the shipment problem is settled, IMO, EDIG can win the non-competitive issue based on the dates EDIG has issued in company communications. If correct, it seems the Wencor claims are more about stalling tactics vs. real legal issues, based solely on what EDIG has stated.

The IP license deal to Wencor or any other entity will continue to be a longer term revenue stream if and when EDIG gets a strong legal team on board.

Selling stuff still seems to the order of the day for EDIG to rebound from their impotent previous Q report.
