You have for sure heard the adage, ``two steps forward, one step back``. That means you are moving ahead and soon there won`t be any steps back. You, as well as Joan, are in my thoughts and I am confident that you will soon be taking the forward steps without any going the other direction.

The good news is that your surgery sounds as if it was successful! And, now you recover at your pace.

Joan, I am know you are tired, totally worn out, and looking for this segment to be behind you, both. What a star you have been!
