If I had a share for every time I thought that I`d really have a lot. lol. But I do feel like things are going to shake out better than now. The questions will be not if but when will BOW go away after he`s caught up in his web of foolishness and to what extent the IP thing will be litigated. My feeling is that a slam dunk, (ie Apple/Creative scenerio) brings in lots of money with maybe some future relationships. A grey area case could just be a lot of lawyer fees. I feel rather upbeat frankly, just wish I had liquidity that wasn`t going to kids in college. Hence, waiting with baited breath on a partnership property sale.
