I don`t doubt for a minute that Intel was picking e.Digital`s pocket, probably along with TI and a few others.
Yep. It will not suprise me to see Intel and TI at the head of the mean ole copy cats list.
And the jackasses at F10 as well.
What about Sony and the Dataplay nightmare? Not EDIG`s fault, just poor planning and research by the group.
The list can be very long, but we do need (read MUST HAVE) a sugar daddy legal team to take the deal on a contingency basis in the next few months, IMO. They have had some time to evaluate, they may need additional resources to convince anyone of the true value, but that should have been expected. It will take a large pile of cash to get the right companies on the other side of the license deals to cave to an EDIG ``demand.`` However, with a strong legal team doing all the ``talking,`` the deals could be much faster / better should such a legal team get on the EDIG bus.
Just my $0.02 and I`ll still lookin` for some revenue stream to come from eVU in 2006.
